How to use it
Oil first, always. A few drops of whatever you already use. The stone should glide, never drag.
Face: smooth edge, starting at the centre and sweeping out toward the hairline. Then down the neck. Always toward the heart.
Body: toothed edge, a little more pressure — thighs, arms, the back of the shoulders.
Gently. If it hurts, you're pressing too hard.
Five minutes. Daily if you love it, every other day if you don't.
Keep it in the fridge. The cold is the best part.
