Orders and contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order — for example if the item is out of stock, if a price was displayed incorrectly, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline after you have paid, you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Swedish kronor. We are not VAT-registered, so no VAT is charged. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken when the order is placed.

Product information

Our products are hand-cut natural stone. Shape, colour and pattern vary from piece to piece, and the item you receive will not be identical to the photographs. This is a characteristic of the material, not a fault.

Our products are beauty tools. They are not medical devices and we make no medical or therapeutic claims about them. If you have a skin condition or a health concern, speak to a healthcare professional before use.

Availability

We aim to keep stock accurate but cannot guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund in full.

Your right to withdraw

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our return and refund policy for the full terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under Swedish or EU law, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the value of the order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. As a consumer you always retain the protection of the mandatory rules of the country in which you live.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published at the time you place your order is the version that applies to it.
